Training and software purchases

Refund eligibility may depend on the product type, whether access has already been granted, and the amount of service work already performed. Digital access, downloaded materials, and consumed implementation work may limit or eliminate refund eligibility once delivered.

Service scheduling and cancellations

If your purchase includes scheduled support, training coordination, implementation, or on-site planning, cancellation timing matters. Early notice gives us the best chance to review alternatives, rescheduling options, or partial refund eligibility where appropriate.

Subscription changes

If your account includes recurring software access or service terms, plan changes and cancellations will generally apply at the next billing cycle unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
